We understand that healthcare needs don't always fit into a traditional schedule. Appointments outside our regular business hours may be available upon request.

Our standard service area extends up to 30 miles. Appointments beyond this distance may be subject to an additional travel fee of $0.73 per mile for each mile traveled beyond the standard service area.


Any applicable travel fees will be discussed and confirmed before your appointment.

Need laboratory services for multiple individuals at the same location? Discounted collection rates may be available for qualifying group appointments.
